Return
We can accept returns for our merchandise for up to 30 days from your date of receipt, and we will
issue a refund of your purchase price minus all shipping and order processing fees, which are not
refundable. We only require you return your purchase in unused, resalable condition with its
original packaging intact. Please read below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise
return:
If you return any item, your return will be processed in 1-3 days from the date of receipt in our
warehouse, and your account credited, 7-10 business days after we will have processed your
return, depending on your credit card issuer. We will refund your purchase price only. A credit will
be issued to your credit card less the shipping, or you will receive a check if you paid by check or
money order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and order processing charges or return
postage.
If you exchange your item(s), Foot Pain Management will not charge you any additional shipping
and order processing costs. If you would like to exchange your item for a higher priced product,
please include payment, or we would be glad to charge your credit card. If you would like to
exchange your item for a lower priced product, we will refund you the difference.
